Respect Environnement Group (REG) is pleased to announce the launch of a Call for Tenders for the selection of an External Auditor (Reference: REG02/2025) within the framework of the CREER BIM-EC project, co-financed by the European Union under the INTERREG NEXT Italy–Tunisia 2021–2027 Programme.

📘 Project Overview

The CREER BIM-EC project aims to promote technical, energy, and environmental sustainability in civil engineering, with a particular focus on road infrastructure. The project involves the design, construction, and management of an innovative prototype of road superstructure in Tunisia, based on Building Information Modelling (BIM) principles and circular economy approaches.

The initiative is coordinated by the University of Palermo (UNIPA) and implemented in partnership with:

• Respect Environnement Group (REG) – Tunisia
• National Engineering School of Tunis (ENIT) – Tunisia
• Engineering and Safety S.r.l. – Italy
• Agence Foncière d’Habitation (AFH) – Tunisia

🧾 Purpose of the Call

In accordance with the INTERREG NEXT Italy–Tunisia programme procedures, Respect Environnement Group is seeking to contract an External Auditor to carry out the financial verification of expenditures related to the CREER BIM-EC project.

The auditor will be responsible for verifying the eligibility, accuracy, and compliance of all financial statements and supporting documents, according to the EU and programme regulations.

The audit services will cover the entire duration of the project (37 months), including the final reporting phase.
